Long Ears Alive! Fund Request Form

Request funding for a homeless sick, injured, senior, pregnant or nursing coonhound, foxhound, or mixed hound breed, to attract a rescue or adopter by offsetting costs. The homeless hound dog(s) may reside in a shelter, be running loose, or be held in a short-term situation.

Our goal is to get hounds admitted into rescues with safe, healthy foster homes or adoptive families, so their new lives can begin.

Long Ears Alive! micro-grants range from $75 to $500 and occasionally additional funds are provided. Funds are paid directly to veterinary clinics and hospitals at a pre-arranged time. Our first LEA recipient was Jethro in 2012 and our program has helped to save hundreds of hounds since then.

We want to help every eligible hound possible!
